The European football transfer market is heating up with significant moves from the Premier League giants. Most notably, Manchester United's personnel rebuilding plan and the decision regarding the future of manager Pep Guardiola after leaving Manchester City.
Manchester United are putting Marcus Rashford up for sale to boost their budget.
Manchester United's management has decided to part ways with Marcus Rashford in order to increase the transfer budget for new manager Michael Carrick. The 28-year-old striker is currently being targeted by a number of big Premier League clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea, Newcastle and Tottenham.
Despite close links with Barcelona in the past, the deal is currently stalled. Rashford may still have to participate in the pre-season tour with the Red Devils if the agreement is not finalized soon. Besides offloading players, Carrick is also pushing to sign midfielder Hayden Hackney from Middlesbrough. The 23-year-old is a former pupil of Carrick and is expected to bring stability to the midfield of the Old Trafford team.

Pep Guardiola rejected David Beckham's offer.
In the US, Inter Miami has received a response from Pep Guardiola. Despite David Beckham's efforts to bring the Spanish manager to Major League Soccer (MLS), Pep is expected to reject the offer. After years of glory and pressure at Manchester City, the strategist wants to take a complete break rather than immediately return to coaching.

Other developments in the Premier League
Meanwhile, Chelsea are considering the future of defender Marc Cucurella. The 27-year-old is likely to return to La Liga as he is attracting close interest from the three powerhouses: Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, and Real Madrid. The Spanish international's representatives have been in direct contact with all three clubs.
At other clubs, the race to sign young talents is also heating up:
- Liverpool are currently in negotiations to sign 19-year-old striker Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig to add depth to their attacking options.
- Newcastle have identified Atalanta's Marco Palestra as their top target for the right-back position, directly competing with Arsenal and Inter Milan.
- Tottenham are in the final stages of negotiations with Eintracht Frankfurt to acquire winger Jean-Matteo Bahoya (21 years old).
