To better serve tourists visiting Tay Do Square to fly and admire kites, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City, in coordination with the People's Committee of Hung Phu Ward, is organizing the "Artistic Kite Season" program in 2026. The kite season will take place from April 18th to May 3rd. During this time, the organizing committee will hold many cultural and artistic programs for tourists; two more nights will be held on May 2nd and 3rd.

On some afternoons, the appearance of Nguyen Duy Phuc (Phuc Rau), a nationally renowned kite flyer, at Tay Do Square attracted much attention due to his giant, limited-edition aerodynamic kites. Many kite-flying clubs in Can Tho also participated, socializing and flying their kites high in the sky, making the "Artistic Kite Season" a true work of art in the sky.
The square area has stalls selling fast food and drinks to serve tourists.
The childhood of these two adorable little sisters will surely be filled with beautiful memories alongside the "Artistic Kite Season".
