Nậm Pồ intensifies government's public relations work.

To effectively carry out the work of mass mobilization by the government, the Party committees and authorities of Nậm Pồ district regularly lead and direct the implementation of directives and resolutions of the Central Government and the province on mass mobilization work within the political system from the district to the grassroots level. In particular, the district focuses on effectively implementing tasks and solutions related to mass mobilization by the government, with a focus on innovating and improving the quality and effectiveness of propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations; enhancing public service ethics, spirit, responsibility, and attitude of serving the people among cadres, civil servants, and public employees at all levels. Specifically, it concretizes guidelines and policies and effectively implements tasks for socio-economic development; promotes the people's right to self-governance, implements grassroots democracy regulations; and accelerates administrative procedure reform. Improving the quality and effectiveness of public reception work, promptly resolving concerns and difficulties among the people... Continuing to thoroughly understand and effectively implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TW on "Strengthening and renewing the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation".

Along with that, the District People's Committee has built and implemented a people-friendly government, agencies, and units that are "of the people, by the people, and for the people," "serving the people," with officials and civil servants working in a style that is "respectful of the people, close to the people, understanding of the people, learning from the people, and responsible to the people," "listening to what the people say," "speaking in a way the people understand," "guiding the people in their work," and "earning the people's trust." Emphasis has been placed on socio- economic development, ensuring national defense and security, reforming administrative procedures, and achieving sustainable poverty reduction goals in ethnic minority and religious communities in the locality. In the field of socio-economic development, thanks to the focus on building and replicating successful "people mobilization" models, the district has mobilized the people to actively contribute ideas, labor, and land to participate in building new rural areas and transforming the structure of crops and livestock to achieve high productivity. In the first six months of the year, the total value of production at current prices is estimated at 722.95 billion VND. Of this total, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries are estimated to reach 274.15 billion VND; industry and construction 247.8 billion VND; and services 201 billion VND. The fields of healthcare, education, social security, and poverty reduction have been actively implemented, improving the lives of the people.

The district of Nậm Pồ has been identified as a breakthrough in implementing mass mobilization work, therefore, it focuses on improving management and operational capacity, and innovating working methods towards transparency, democracy, closeness to the people, and serving the people. Regulations on procedures, documents, processes, timeframes, fees, etc., are implemented in accordance with regulations; the district also reviews, supplements, and abolishes inappropriate administrative procedures that cause inconvenience to the people. The number of legal documents issued according to the correct procedures, and the compilation of results of participation in providing feedback on draft laws and legal documents requested by various levels are ensured to be complete and on time. The district's institutional reform work consistently ranks first in the province; it continues to implement the "one-stop shop" and "integrated one-stop shop" mechanisms. Providing adequate facilities to ensure suitable working conditions, and transferring 100% of administrative procedures under their jurisdiction to the Reception and Results Delivery Department at the district and commune levels for receiving and returning results. 100% of administrative procedure dossiers under the jurisdiction of the district and commune levels were processed ahead of schedule in the first six months of the year.

It is evident that the government's mass mobilization work in Nậm Pồ has increasingly demonstrated positive effectiveness, bringing practical benefits and satisfaction to the people. In the coming time, the district will continue to disseminate to the people the directives and resolutions of all levels on government mass mobilization; diversify the forms of gathering and mobilizing the masses to participate in patriotic emulation movements. Strengthen the guidance of Party committees and government at all levels on mass mobilization work in state administrative agencies, ensuring that the legitimate and legal rights of the people are addressed promptly, avoiding the emergence of pressing issues among the people. Promote the role of influential individuals, village elders, and village heads as the core in mass mobilization work… Thereby contributing to promoting the people's right to self-governance and creating social consensus.
