NCB's positive business results are a bright sign that the bank has entered a new phase of development. This achievement is also thanks to the right, systematic approach and the decisive and effective implementation of the new strategy alongside comprehensive restructuring that the bank has steadfastly pursued for nearly five years.
At the same time, it serves as a foundation for NCB to create breakthrough changes in the 2026-2030 period, aiming to become a healthy, efficient, and sustainable bank, providing excellent financial services and solutions in the market.
Increase charter capital early, create breakthroughs through pioneering digital solutions.
In 2026, NCB aims to complete its capital increase plan to VND 29,280 billion, three years ahead of the schedule set at PACCL. If this capital increase is completed, it will be the bank's fourth consecutive capital increase within five years (2022–2026). This not only helps NCB ensure capital safety according to regulations and strengthen financial resources for business expansion, but also demonstrates the bank's strong determination, realized through concrete actions, to achieve its ambitious goals. Leading the market in capital increase speed over the past five years also reflects the high level of trust and support from shareholders and investors in NCB's new development journey.
Reportedly, in 2026 NCB will focus on individual customers in major cities, leveraging customers within the ecosystem of strategic partners, leading enterprises in the Construction and Supply sectors, partners constructing key national projects, chains of entities in the tourism sector, and diversifying capital mobilization sources from the interbank market and investment funds.
