On April 11th, at the Da Nang Center for Research, Training in Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence, TPV Datatrust Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with other organizations, launched the Data X Platform and held an international seminar on compliance infrastructure in the fintech and digital asset sectors.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Mr. Tran Ngoc Thach, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology, said that Da Nang has clearly defined its orientation to become one of the leading technology, innovation, and digital economy centers in Vietnam and the region.

According to Mr. Thach, the city has been focusing on developing key areas such as financial technology, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, and digital data; notably, it has put into operation the Vietnam International Finance Center in Da Nang.
" With the initiative to deploy and launch the Data X Platform, Da Nang has a transparent, secure, and compliant infrastructure for activities related to digital assets. This is essential infrastructure for businesses and digital technology experts to invest, work, and develop; thereby contributing to the successful operation of the Vietnam International Finance Center in Da Nang and contributing to the development of the city's digital economy," Mr. Thach said, affirming that the city always welcomes, encourages, and creates favorable conditions for innovative businesses. In particular, it focuses on deploying and using solutions that can contribute to improving management capacity, market transparency; promoting the development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation in general, and the digital economy in particular.
Mr. Dang Quang Minh – representative of TPV Datatrust – informed that Data X is a shared compliance infrastructure solution that helps businesses perform the entire process from user onboarding, transaction tracking, meeting AML and KYT requirements to implementing Travel Rules… within a unified system.
According to Mr. Minh, DataX acts as a connecting and coordinating layer designed as an open platform. On this platform, banks, fintech companies, crypto platforms, and technology partners can participate and build a common ecosystem. DataX is not a standalone tool. TPV Datatrust builds DataX as a compliance infrastructure layer — a platform that helps businesses perform the entire process from user onboarding, transaction tracking, meeting AML and KYT requirements to implementing Travel Rules, all within a unified system.

Vietnam is at a very special juncture. We are beginning to build a legal framework for digital assets. This is not only a challenge, but also a great opportunity — an opportunity to build compliance standards from the outset. If done correctly, Vietnam can absolutely become one of the pioneering markets in the region for digital assets," shared a representative from TPV Datatrust, adding that to achieve this, we need three elements: a clear legal framework, proactive business participation, and a sufficiently robust compliance infrastructure. And Data X is built to play a role in that infrastructure.
Within the framework of the program, experts discussed ways to remove system bottlenecks, related to security risks in the era of quantum computing, and coordination mechanisms in the sandbox model in Vietnam; and signed memoranda of understanding between strategic partners and businesses.
