According to information from the Hai Phong City Police, recently, during a patrol to ensure security and order in the area, the Mao Dien Commune Police task force promptly rescued a young woman who was showing signs of mental instability and prevented a potential unfortunate incident.
Accordingly, at around 11 PM on May 22nd, while on duty in the commune, the Mao Dien Commune Police task force unexpectedly discovered a girl who appeared intoxicated, in a state of panic, and repeatedly attempting to jump into the river and run towards National Highway 5. Recognizing the dangerous situation, the officers immediately approached the girl and patiently prevented her from acting impulsively.

After approaching her, the Mao Dien Commune Police Task Force encouraged and reassured the girl to calm down; they then took her to the commune police station. Through conversation, the girl revealed that her name is T. (born in 1998, from Ha Giang province), and she is currently working as a factory worker in Hai Phong city.
Due to emotional distress, Ms. T. was unable to control her feelings and acted impulsively. After understanding her state of mind, the task force advised and encouraged Ms. T. to stabilize her emotions. In addition, the unit contacted her roommate to pick her up and bring her back to a safe place.
The following day, police officers from Mao Dien commune proactively contacted the girl to inquire about her health and mental state. According to the feedback, Ms. T's mental state is now stable, and she expressed her sincere gratitude to the Mao Dien commune police task force for their timely assistance during her moment of panic and impulsive behavior.
