
Task force prevents illegal dumping of waste in Nghi Tam alley, Hong Ha area.
On May 23rd, the Hanoi City Police announced that on the afternoon of May 18th, during a patrol to ensure security and order in Hong Ha ward, the task force of the Rapid Response Police Team, under the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, promptly detected and prevented a case of illegal waste dumping that was affecting the environment and urban aesthetics.
Accordingly, at the end of alley 310 Nghi Tam, Hong Ha ward, Hanoi, the task force discovered a truck showing signs of illegally dumping waste. Immediately after discovering the incident, the authorities quickly inspected the vehicle, stopped the violation, and questioned the driver.
The task force proceeded to draw up a report on the incident and handed over the driver, the vehicle, and all related documents to the Hong Ha Ward Police for further verification, clarification, and handling in accordance with the law.
The proactive patrolling and monitoring by the police force, along with the timely detection and prevention of environmental violations, has contributed to improving the effectiveness of environmental protection, preserving urban aesthetics, and ensuring security and order in the area. This also serves as a warning and reminder to organizations and individuals to raise their awareness of complying with environmental protection laws and regulations, and to refrain from illegal waste dumping that negatively impacts the community and urban landscape.
