April 19th: Commencement and inauguration of many key projects.

On April 14th, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, Nguyen Van Tho, chaired a meeting to hear reports on the progress of organizing events to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

According to the plan, on April 19th, the province will simultaneously hold four major events: the technical opening of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway project (phase 1); the groundbreaking ceremony for the connecting road to the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway; the inauguration of the 994 coastal road section from the Long Son Big House area to National Highway 51; and the inauguration of the Military-Civilian Medical Center in Con Dao district. These events will be connected online with locations nationwide.

To organize formal events safely and economically, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments, agencies, and localities to coordinate closely in the preparation phase, from stage setup and venue arrangement to program script development, guest reception plans, and ensuring security, order, and traffic safety.

In particular, the units must coordinate the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremony scenarios with central agencies, ensuring that they are implemented in accordance with the spirit of the directive in Official Dispatch No. 33/CĐ-TTg dated April 7, 2025, of the Prime Minister .
