National Unity Day and Military Culture Day

In anticipation of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the National United Front on November 18th (1930 - 2024), this morning, November 9th, the residential area of ​​Tich Tuong village, Hai Le commune, Quang Tri town, enthusiastically organized the National Unity Day and the Military-Civilian Cultural Festival; launching the campaign "All people unite to build residential areas with a civilized, friendly, and compassionate lifestyle". The Tich Tuong village residential area has 428 households/1640 inhabitants. The people here have a revolutionary tradition and are diligent and hardworking. With the attention of the Party committee, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations at all levels, in recent times, the people of Tich Tuong have enthusiastically competed in labor and production, participating in socio-economic development.

Promoting cultural and artistic movements, physical education and sports , effectively implementing grassroots democracy... Campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, especially the "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" campaign...

As a result, the village continues to achieve positive results, with an increase in the percentage of wealthy and well-off households. Currently, the village only has 5 poor households and 15 near-poor households according to the new criteria. The rate of people participating in voluntary health insurance has reached 98%.

420 out of 428 households have met the standards for culturally exemplary families and have been maintaining the title of outstanding cultural unit at the provincial level since 2018. Families of policy beneficiaries and those who have contributed to the revolution are given attention, the material and spiritual lives of the people are stable, and social order and security are maintained.

The village Party branch and government have consistently achieved the "clean and strong" status for many years, and the mass organizations have achieved the "strong" or higher status. All segments of the population are always enthusiastic, and the great unity of the people in the village is maintained and strengthened.

Speaking at the celebration, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam congratulated the Tich Tuong residential area on its achievements in the past period. He also urged the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front of Hai Le commune, and the people of Hai Le commune in general, and Tich Tuong village in particular, to continue building national unity and strengthening social consensus.

Every official, Party member, and citizen must strictly abide by the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations; maintain political security and social order; and continuously strive in labor and production to develop socio-economic conditions, improve material and spiritual living standards, and build a more prosperous and affluent locality.

Cadres and Party members should continue to set a leading example, creating trust to spread to the people so that they can work together to successfully implement the campaigns, movements, and activities of the locality.

Continue to vigorously innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in a practical direction, closely connected with the people, and accompanying the people; uphold responsibility for the activities of the Front and political and social organizations within the mechanism of "Party leadership, State management, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations as the core for the people to be masters," associated with the motto "The people know, the people discuss, the people do, the people inspect, the people supervise, and the people benefit."

Implementing democratic principles effectively in residential areas, listening to the legitimate concerns and aspirations of the people, is crucial for promptly addressing their needs, resolving issues, and supporting them in developing their economy to escape poverty and become prosperous in their homeland.

The authorities of Quang Tri town and Hai Le commune continue to pay attention to, encourage, and support local people in boosting production and business, developing local strengths, and contributing to improving the quality of life for the people.

Pay attention to and care for the lives of people in difficult circumstances; create conditions for people to participate and contribute heartfelt and responsible opinions to socio-economic development programs and maintain national defense and security in the locality.
