Job Fair 2026

On January 10, 2026, Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy organized the 2026 Job Fair with the theme "Knowledge as a Foundation - Stepping Towards the Future," with the participation of numerous hospitals, businesses, partners, lecturers, and students. This is an important annual event in the training strategy that connects the university with the labor market, contributing to expanding internship, job, and career development opportunities for students.

Participating in the 2026 Job Fair were leaders from the following units: Vinmec Hai Phong General Hospital; Hung Cuong Dental Clinic; Hai Phong International General Hospital; Bepharco Ben Tre Pharmaceutical Company; CPC1 Hanoi Pharmaceutical Company; Anvy Pharmaceutical Company; Phu Tho Provincial General Hospital; Tien Yen General Hospital; Hoang Dung Dental Clinic, etc. Representing the university were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Thi Thanh Mai - Vice Rector and Head of the Organizing Committee for the 2026 Job Fair, along with faculty members representing various departments, offices, centers, and all final-year students.
The 2026 Job Fair brought together numerous hospitals, corporations, and organizations operating in the healthcare sector. Within the framework of the program, students had the opportunity to directly visit recruitment booths, learn about staffing needs, access recruitment information, participate in interviews, receive career counseling, and experience a real-world work environment.
In her opening remarks at the Job Fair, Associate Professor Dr. Dinh Thi Thanh Mai, Vice Rector of the university, stated that the 2026 Job Fair is not only a meeting point between the university, recruiting organizations, and students, but also reflects the university's student-centered training orientation, focusing on equipping students with specialized knowledge alongside professional skills, work attitudes, and adaptability in the context of a constantly changing labor market. Given the increasingly high demands for quality human resources, strengthening cooperation with organizations is identified as a crucial strategy, contributing to improving training quality and increasing sustainable employment opportunities for graduates.
Speaking at the event, Associate Professor Dr. Dinh Thi Thanh Mai emphasized: “‘A Foundation of Knowledge – Stepping Towards the Future’ is clear evidence of the training orientation closely linked to social needs that Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy persistently pursues. The university appreciates the support of hospitals and employers throughout the years, and especially their presence at today’s Job Fair, aiming to provide more job opportunities, internships, practical training, and career orientation for students.”
Also as part of the 2026 Job Fair, the faculties with students organized a direct discussion session between students and representatives from employers. This provided a space for students to practice communication skills, proactively connect with businesses, listen, observe, and gradually define their own position. Each exchange and interview at the Job Fair was expected to open up new opportunities for students' future career paths.
The school believes that, with the knowledge they have acquired, along with their proactive spirit, confidence, and ambition, Hai Phong Medical and Pharmaceutical students will be potential candidates, ready to adapt and create value for employers, as well as contribute to a high-quality labor market and help protect and care for the health of the people.
