Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13 has been amended and supplemented with a number of articles according to Law No. 65/2020/QH14, Rules of National Assembly sessions Issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 dated November 15, 11 of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee decided to convene the 2022th Extraordinary Session of the 6th National Assembly to consider and decide. Personnel work falls under the authority of the National Assembly.
The 6th extraordinary session of the 21th National Assembly will take place on the morning of March 3, 2024, at the National Assembly House, Hanoi Capital.
