Nghe An: Highlights of September 13th

* According to the Announcement of the Office of the Central Executive Committee of the Party and the Announcement of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, the Central Secretariat of the Party will organize a conference to disseminate and implement Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW, dated July 18, 2023, of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province until 2030, with a vision to 2045. * On the morning of September 13th (corresponding to the 29th day of the 7th lunar month of the Year of the Rabbit), amidst the enthusiastic emulation and achievement-making spirit of the entire Party, army, and people of Vinh City to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Vinh City's founding and the 235th anniversary of Phuong Hoang Trung Do, Vinh City solemnly organized a flower and incense offering ceremony to commemorate the 231st anniversary of Emperor Quang Trung's death.
