It is an expression of gratitude from the Border Guard to the people in the border region and a practical response to the "Nationwide Solidarity for the Poor - Leaving No One Behind" movement launched by the Prime Minister. This is not only an activity to celebrate the New Year but also an opportunity to strengthen the solidarity between the military and the people, working together to build a solid all-people border defense posture.

Speaking at the program, Editor-in-Chief of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, Truong Thanh Trung, said that this year, the "Spring Border Guard - Warming the Hearts of the People" program is taking place in a special context, as Dak Lak enters a new, larger, and more interconnected development space after the merger of provincial-level administrative units. The theme "Preserving the Border Tet - Uniting the Forest and Sea as One Family" is not only a meaningful theme but also a way for us to talk to each other about solidarity and the spirit of sharing one roof over the Vietnamese Fatherland.

Colonel Do Quang Tham, Political Commissar of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command, said that through this program, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard and participating units hope to contribute to caring for policy beneficiary families, poor households, and disadvantaged families in the remote border areas of the country, ensuring they have a full, warm, and joyful Tet holiday. This is also an opportunity for the military and people of ethnic groups in the border region of the country to strengthen solidarity, bond, and work together to build a more prosperous and beautiful border area and firmly protect national border sovereignty.
