As the head of the Women's Association in Ha Khau 7 neighborhood, Ms. Loan always prioritizes the work of gathering and uniting members. To understand the circumstances, thoughts, and aspirations of women in the neighborhood, she regularly visits the grassroots level, shares with them closely, and actively encourages members to participate in Association activities and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws. Thanks to this, the Women's Association in Ha Khau 7 neighborhood has consistently achieved outstanding results for many years; 100% of member families have registered to participate in the "Building a family with 5 no's and 3 clean's" movement, and actively contribute to building a civilized urban lifestyle.
Along with building a strong Women's Union organization, the Women's Union branch in Ha Khau 7 neighborhood also focuses on supporting its members in economic development. In 2025, the branch assisted and guided 20 members in accessing preferential loans from the Social Policy Bank, with a total outstanding loan balance of over 1 billion VND, helping women have more opportunities to invest in production and business, and stabilize their lives.
What members and residents appreciate about Ms. Loan is her attentiveness and responsibility towards each specific situation. From this concern, she has fostered a spirit of "mutual support" and "helping those in need" among members, encouraging them to share, help each other, and work together to build a stronger Women's Union movement. For members, women, and children facing difficulties or those suffering from serious illnesses, she proactively mobilizes the branch to visit and provide timely support. "In the neighborhood, there are still members, women, and children facing difficulties, so when we learn of a case needing help, the branch mobilizes everyone to contribute. My family and I also participate in contributing, hoping to share some of the burden so that those in difficult circumstances have more motivation to overcome challenges," Ms. Loan shared.

The branch association, in coordination with the local community, regularly maintains the "Green Sunday" movement, mobilizing members and residents to clean the streets, dispose of garbage on time and in designated places, and collect bulky waste in the correct locations. Cultural, artistic, and sports activities are also maintained enthusiastically. The branch association's folk dance club currently has about 40 members who regularly practice and socialize. The branch association also encourages members to actively participate in the local recreational volleyball club, contributing to improved health, spiritual well-being, and strengthened camaraderie among members.
Not only is she active in the Women's Union, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan is also the Director of Thang Long Construction Industry Joint Stock Company. Her company currently provides stable employment for 15 workers with incomes ranging from 5-10 million VND per month and full insurance coverage. For her, economic development is always linked to social responsibility; whenever possible, she actively contributes to the Women's Union movement and local social welfare activities.
