People urgently complete the conversion of traffic accounts

(QNgTV)- Vehicle owners are required to convert toll collection accounts to identified traffic accounts and link non-cash payment means after October 1, 2025, through which they can top up to use the non-stop toll lane (ETC).

This is a legal requirement and an important step in the process of digitizing national transportation. Therefore, to facilitate travel, people need to quickly complete the conversion to a transportation account so that their journey is not interrupted.

To promote the conversion process, VETC has arranged more than 1,500 service points nationwide to guide and support people in direct conversion.

As of early September 2025, nearly 1.8 million VETC users have completed the conversion of their transport accounts. It is expected that from now until the deadline of October 1, the number of vehicles completing the conversion will continue to increase sharply.
