Residents can easily check power outage schedules through Zalo. On the Zalo main screen, enter the name of the power company in your area into the search bar at the top (EVNHANOI, EVNHCMC, EVNNPC, EVNSPC, or EVNCPC).

Next, customers select the account of the corresponding power company and click "Follow". On the messaging screen, follow the instructions to link the customer code.

Click Search > Power Outage Schedule (for EVNHANOI, EVNSPC and EVNCPC), click Request > Search > Search Power Outage Schedule (for EVNNPC).

With EVNHCMC, power outage schedules will be automatically sent via text message after users link their customer code.

First, customers download the EVNHCMC Customer Service app on iTunes for iPhones and on the Google Play App Store for Android phones.

On the app's main screen, enter your phone number. If you already have an account, simply enter your password. If you don't have an account, the system will guide you through the registration process. Then, enter your password and confirm your information via SMS sent to your phone number.

After confirming the SMS message, on the main interface of the EVNHCMC app, users tap on settings, then select "Link electricity point" to connect to electricity at their location.

Next, click on "Add electricity point link," then fill in the customer code field with the information on the electricity bill starting with PE, and click "Check."

Finally, after linking the power supply points, the system will return to the main screen. Users can click on the power outage schedule to view detailed information about the power outage schedule in their area. Customers can also check the power outage schedule in Ho Chi Minh City in the area bar.

The customer service centers of the five corporations under Vietnam Electricity Group all offer information lookup services on their websites.

Accordingly, people can proactively monitor the specific time, status, and area of ​​power outages based on province/city or customer code (if available).

In Hanoi, it's the Hanoi Electricity Corporation (EVNHANOI), and in Ho Chi Minh City, it's the Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Corporation (EVNHCMC). Users need to log in to their account linked to their customer code to look up information.

In the northern regions (excluding Hanoi): Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC); in the southern regions (excluding Ho Chi Minh City): Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC); in the central regions: Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC). Users also need to log in to the account linked to their customer code.
