Having the honor of joining the Party at the young age of 20, throughout his career, Mr. Ngan Hoai Lu (born in 1967, residing in Ea Kiet commune) has held many positions, including Chairman of the People's Council of the former Ea Kiet commune and Secretary of the Party Committee of the former Ea Kueh commune. Regardless of his position, he has always upheld a high sense of responsibility, dedicated himself to his work, and successfully completed all assigned tasks.

In 2022, Mr. Ngan Hoai Lu retired and transferred his Party membership to the Thai village Party branch (Ea Kiet commune), continuing to contribute to the community. He proactively advised the Party branch to issue many resolutions suitable to the actual situation of the village. Based on that, the village self-governance committee concretized them into programs and plans and organized their effective implementation. As a result, the economic life of the villagers has gradually improved, and security and order have been maintained.

By 2025, the average per capita income of the village will reach 46 million VND/year. The entire village will have only 10 poor households and 9 near-poor households. All conflicts that arise are resolved promptly and decisively at the grassroots level.

In community meetings, Mr. Ngan Hoai Lu always participates fully, regularly expressing his opinions and incorporating the dissemination of legal knowledge in areas such as land; traffic safety; marriage and family; and drug prevention and control. With his concise, easy-to-understand, and memorable presentation style, the content of his communication has contributed to raising awareness and promoting compliance with the law among the villagers.

Assigned by the Thai village Party branch to monitor the village's Elderly Association, Mr. Ngan Hoai Lu regularly keeps abreast of the association's activities, pays attention to the lives of its members, and promptly reflects their legitimate concerns and aspirations to the local Party committee and government, thereby contributing to ensuring the legal rights and interests of the elderly.

In Buon Thai, over 90% of the population are ethnic Thai people, preserving many traditional cultural identities. With a deep commitment to ethnic culture, Mr. Ngan Hoai Lu always proactively contributes his opinions when the Party branch develops resolutions on preserving and promoting traditional cultural values ​​in conjunction with modern life. He also actively promotes and encourages the community to preserve their ethnic costumes and traditional festivals; at the same time, he explains and persuades people to eliminate outdated customs, contributing to building a new cultural life in the residential area.

In Thai village, the New Rice Festival is held every three years with great fanfare, attracting a large number of participants. The villagers voluntarily contribute money, effort, and labor to maintain and spread this beautiful traditional culture in their adopted homeland.

With a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, Mr. Ngan Hoai Lu has earned the trust of the people and has been elected as a respected figure in the village, earning their affection and respect.
