Vietnamese users will soon be able to use Vietnamese Meta AI for free

Speaking to the press on the sidelines of the Vietnam Innovation Day 2024 in Hanoi , Mr. Nick Clegg, chairman of Meta's global external affairs, shared: Vietnam will be one of the pioneering countries to deploy the Meta AI application, much earlier than some European countries. Moreover, Vietnamese users will use the application in Vietnamese and completely free of charge.

During his first visit to Vietnam as Meta chairman, Mr. Nick Clegg announced that Meta AI will soon be deployed in Vietnam. This application is an "AI assistant" capable of interacting and talking like a human.

Meta AI will be integrated on Meta platforms such as Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp... Users can ask questions and receive answers as if they were talking to a human.

Meta's chairman also said that from now until the end of the year, Meta will deploy an artificial intelligence (AI) virtual assistant for businesses in Vietnam. The AI ​​assistant will be integrated into the Messenger application, which businesses can use to interact with customers, thereby improving productivity.

Currently, Meta has also implemented activities to promote training and coaching for people to be able to use digital tools in the online environment. Specifically, Meta has a training program for more than one million students, teachers, and parents on the use of digital tools.

“We have also trained over 90,000 small and medium-sized businesses to use tools and applications to scale their businesses.

From now until the end of the year, Meta will deploy an artificial intelligence (AI) virtual assistant for businesses in Vietnam. The AI ​​assistant will be integrated into the Messenger application, businesses can use it to interact with customers, thereby improving productivity" - said the chairman of Meta Group.

According to Mr. Nick Clegg, the above plans demonstrate Meta's confidence in Vietnam, in the dynamically developing online market in Vietnam, as well as belief in Vietnam's successful development in the future.

At the same time, Meta is very confident in the investment environment in Vietnam. Mr. Nick Clegg assessed that Vietnam is currently the leading country in Southeast Asia in the field of digital technology, due to having three basic and important elements: a young population, a goodeducation foundation and the ability to effectively use digital technology in daily life.
