Since the beginning of the term, thoroughly grasping the resolutions and directives of the superiors, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have thoroughly grasped them to all cadres, party members and soldiers; built the action program of the Party Committee and concretized it into the plan of the Commander and Political Commissar for serious implementation. Proactively advised the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the good implementation of local military and defense tasks. One of the highlights of the first half of the term is that the Provincial Military Party Committee has well led the work of advising local Party committees and authorities to build and consolidate a strong national defense, the province's defense area is increasingly solid, thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives and resolutions on building a national defense, the national defense posture associated with the increasingly solid people's security posture; especially Resolution No. 28 of the Politburo on "Continuing to build provinces and centrally-run cities into strong defense zones in the new situation", and Government decrees on defense zones and civil defense.

In addition, the Provincial Military Party Committee has focused on leading the Provincial Armed Forces to comprehensively complete the targets and tasks set out in the resolution, including many tasks that were well completed and excellently completed, which were highly appreciated by superiors such as: Strictly maintaining combat readiness regimes, closely coordinating with the Police, Border Guard and other forces to maintain political security, social order and safety in the country as well as on the border and the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the area. Advising on organizing a command-advice exercise on one side and two levels on a map with a part of the actual troops in the Northwest area organized by the Military Region. Directing the completion of 9 district-level exercises, 114 commune-level exercises and 4 Regiment 877 exercises, 100% of the exercises were excellent, ensuring absolute safety. Improving the quality of training for the subjects, participating in competitions and sports to achieve high results. Complete 100% of recruitment targets, creating a source for party member development.

Not only completing regular tasks well, with the function of "Working Army", the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have led and directed the standing army and militia and self-defense units to actively help people develop production, build new rural areas, implement the military rear policy and the "Repaying gratitude" movement. In the first half of the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Military Command supported 7,500 seedlings to help 787 households renovate mixed gardens, build houses, support working days to build houses for people with meritorious services, poor veterans, and poor households with housing difficulties; organized the collection of 66 sets of martyrs' remains, built 8 gratitude houses and paid policies for subjects according to Decision 49, 157 of the Prime Minister with an amount of nearly 15 billion VND.

Coordinate to participate in consolidating and building the political system at the grassroots level, developing the economy, culture and society, helping people eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, stabilize border residents associated with strengthening national defense and security. Successfully built the model "Helping children go to school", "Warming love for soldiers in the rear"; "Giving cows to discharged soldiers who have completed their missions excellently"... In addition, the Provincial Military Command also mobilized thousands of militia, self-defense and reserve officers and soldiers to participate in border and inland control posts in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic; supporting people in preventing and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, floods, storms and fires.

In order to successfully complete the targets set out in the Resolution of the 12th Provincial Military Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Military Party Committee determined to closely follow the requirements of the tasks and practical situation of the locality, actively advise the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct all levels and sectors, promote the combined strength of the entire local political system, and comprehensively implement local defense tasks. Continue to build a national defense foundation associated with the people's security posture; closely combine socio-economic development with strengthening national defense and security, and build an increasingly solid provincial defense zone. Build a clean and strong Provincial Military Party Committee, excellently complete its tasks, a comprehensively strong Provincial Military Command "exemplary, typical". Improve the comprehensive leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the contingent of cadres and party members. Focus on building political capacity, improving training quality, combat readiness, building a disciplined system, ensuring good logistics and technical work for missions.
