The Central Vietnam University of Construction recently organized a study tour for its second-year Finance and Banking students to the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Phu Yen Branch (VietinBank Phu Yen). This is one of the programs aimed at realizing the cooperative relationship in training between the university and businesses.

During the program, students were given an overview of VietinBank's history and development, and toured the branch's functional departments, including the transaction office, credit department, payment department, and accounting department. VietinBank Phu Yen staff guided them through the operational procedures, tasks, and functions of each department. Students also had the opportunity to ask questions and interact directly with bank staff, thereby having their questions answered and gaining a better understanding of the practical work.

Field trips to businesses provide students with a more practical and comprehensive view of their chosen field, allowing them to learn about and observe the work environment to familiarize themselves with and orient themselves towards their desired career. This enables them to proactively plan and adjust their learning and training methods to meet the requirements of their desired job. This is one of the activities regularly implemented by the Central Vietnam University of Construction for its students.
