Bringing technology to the community.
"Digital transformation is not just about using technology, but about helping others change their mindset and way of working" – a simple yet profound sharing from Nguyen Lan Anh, a member of the Standing Committee of the Dai Dinh Commune Youth Union and Deputy Secretary of the Son Dinh Village Youth Union branch, who has become a core figure in the digital transformation movement in rural areas.

Youth Union member Nguyen Lan Anh
As a Master of Law graduate, and driven by a thirst for knowledge, Lan Anh has self-taught herself and mastered various digital platforms, directly applying them to youth union activities and movements. Recognizing the fragmented and unsystematic nature of information dissemination and storage within the youth union, Lan Anh proactively developed a series of digital products: a website for union members' profiles, the Dai Dinh commune youth union website, and a project to digitize the Tay Thien historical site. These products, designed using Google Sites, Canva, and CapCut, integrate images, videos, and engaging explanations, making the dissemination and education of local traditions more effective. In particular, the Tay Thien historical site digitization project has helped union members, students, and tourists easily access local historical information, spreading cultural values and raising awareness of heritage preservation. In addition, Lan Anh also manages the Fanpage "Dai Dinh Youth Union" and the TikTok channel "Dai Dinh Youth," bringing new life to the Youth Union's communication work...
Beyond simply promoting online public services, Lan Anh also directly assists people in carrying out online administrative procedures, trains youth union members in digital skills, guides people in registering for public services, creating electronic identity accounts, and securing personal information. Through these concrete actions, she has contributed to raising digital awareness in the community, helping the digital transformation program at the commune level become more effective. With her spirit of self-learning, creativity, and dedication, Nguyen Lan Anh is not only a model young person but also a bridge between technology and the lives of rural people.
The person who ignited the "digital flame" in education.
“To make students love technology, teachers must first dare to innovate and constantly learn on their own,” – that’s the perspective of Mr. Le Quang Huy, a computer science teacher at A Dong Tam Primary and Secondary School in Lac Thuy commune. In the context of the education sector promoting digital transformation, he is a pioneer in innovating teaching methods using technology. With over 15 years of experience in the profession, he is proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop, Scratch, Python, and online learning platforms such as OLM, Kahoot, and Quizizz. Each of his lessons not only imparts knowledge but also creates digital learning experiences, fostering creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a spirit of self-learning in his students.
He is also the author and co-author of three initiatives on the application of technology in teaching, focusing on improving the effectiveness of online learning, developing practical skills and presentation skills for primary school students. In particular, he has boldly applied artificial intelligence (AI) in analyzing learning data, thereby adjusting teaching methods to suit each student, aiming for personalized education – an inevitable trend of the digital age.

Teacher Le Quang Huy guides students in exploring the digital learning environment.
Through his efforts and creativity, he has consistently achieved the title of excellent teacher at all levels for many years, and his students have continuously won prizes in competitions such as the Science and Technology Innovation Competition and the Youth and Children's Innovation Competition. Outside of school, he is also a core member of the commune's rapid response team for digital transformation. For him, digital transformation is not a trend, but a journey of innovation starting from the teacher himself – an inspiration to his students and the community.
Digital transformation is only truly valuable when it begins with people – those who dare to think, dare to act, and are willing to share their knowledge. They are the "digital core" at the grassroots level, contributing to the realization of the Party and State's major policies on promoting the sustainable development of digital government, digital schools, and digital communities. These people are daily affirming that digital transformation is not just a story of technology, but a journey of innovation for people, serving people, and carried out by people.
