Bringing technology to the community
“Innovation is not just about using technology, but about helping others change their thinking and way of working” – a simple but profound sharing by union member Nguyen Lan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of Dai Dinh Commune Youth Union, Deputy Secretary of Son Dinh Village Youth Union... who has become a core member in the industrialization movement in rural areas.

Member Nguyen Lan Anh
With a master's degree in Law, with the spirit of learning of young people, Lan Anh has self-studied and mastered many digital platforms, directly applying them to the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement. From practice, realizing that the propaganda and information storage of the Youth Union organization is still fragmented and unsystematic, Lan Anh has proactively built a series of digital products including: Youth Union member profile website, Dai Dinh Commune Youth Union website and the Tay Thien Historical Relics digitization project. The products are designed on Google Sites, Canva, CapCut, integrating images, videos, and vivid explanations, helping to propagate and educate traditions more effectively. In particular, the Tay Thien Historical Relics digitization project has helped Youth Union members, students and tourists easily access local historical information, spread cultural values, and raise awareness of heritage conservation. In addition, Lan Anh also manages the Fanpage "Dai Dinh Youth Union" and the TikTok channel "Dai Dinh Youth", bringing new vitality to the Union's communication work...
Not only promoting, Lan Anh also directly supports people in carrying out online public administrative procedures, training digital skills for union members, guiding people to register for public services, creating electronic identification accounts, and securing personal information. Through specific actions, she has contributed to raising digital awareness in the community, helping the commune-level digital transformation program go into depth. With the spirit of self-study, creativity and dedication, Nguyen Lan Anh is not only a typical young face but also a bridge between technology and the lives of rural people.
The person who lights the "digital fire" in education
“If you want students to love technology, first of all, teachers must dare to innovate and constantly self-study” - that is the opinion of Mr. Le Quang Huy, an IT teacher at Dong Tam A Primary and Secondary School, Lac Thuy commune. In the context of the education sector promoting digital transformation, he is a pioneer in innovating teaching methods using technology. With more than 15 years of experience in the profession, he is proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop, Scratch, Python and online learning platforms such as OLM, Kahoot, Quizizz. Each of his lectures not only imparts knowledge but also creates digital learning experiences, trains creative thinking, problem-solving skills and self-study spirit for students.
He is also the author and co-author of 3 initiatives on applying technology in teaching, focusing on improving the effectiveness of online learning, developing practical capacity and presentation skills for primary school students. In particular, he has boldly applied artificial intelligence (AI) in analyzing learning data, thereby adjusting teaching methods to suit each subject, towards personalized education - an inevitable trend of the digital age.

Teacher Le Quang Huy guides students to explore the digital learning environment.
Thanks to his efforts and creativity, he has been awarded the title of excellent teacher at all levels for many years, and his students have continuously won prizes in competitions: Science and Technology Innovation and Youth and Children's Innovation. Outside of school, he is also a core member of the commune's Rapid Response Support Team for Digital Transformation. For him, Digital Transformation is not a trend, but a journey of innovation from the teacher himself - the one who inspires students and the community.
Digital transformation is only truly valuable when it starts with people – those who dare to think, dare to do and are willing to share knowledge. They are the “digital cores” at the grassroots level, contributing to realizing the Party and State’s major policy of promoting digital government, digital schools, and sustainable development of digital communities. These people are affirming every day that digital transformation is not just a technology story, but a journey of innovation for people, serving people and implemented by people.
