From December 12, 2025 to January 12, 2026, the Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union launched an online competition titled "Understanding the Resolution of the First Congress of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030". This is not just a simple knowledge competition, but truly becomes a festival of technology, knowledge, and the enthusiasm of the younger generation.

A new surge of energy

Immediately after the launch ceremony, the hall buzzed with activity as hundreds of youth union members simultaneously scanned QR codes to access the competition website. With the spirit of "Innovation - Creativity - Digital Transformation ," this year's competition breaks down barriers of space and time. With just a smartphone, computer, or other internet connection, any citizen residing in Ca Mau can participate and demonstrate their understanding of the province's development direction.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, union members and young people scanned the QR code to learn about the Resolution of the First Congress of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The exam structure consists of 14 multiple-choice questions and 1 fill-in-the-blank question, scientifically designed to focus on the key contents of the Political Report, the Congress Resolution, and the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. This lively approach makes the resolution documents more accessible and easy to understand.

Mr. Pham Tuan Tai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province and Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, emphasized: “ This is not just a simple propaganda activity, but truly a widespread political activity, helping the younger generation grasp the core contents of the province's strategic development orientation, thereby arousing a spirit of initiative, responsibility, and aspiration to contribute. ”

The content of the province's strategic breakthroughs for the 2025-2030 period was skillfully conveyed through each question. The competition awakened pride in their homeland, making each youth union member and young person clearly understand that putting the resolution into practice is not the responsibility of any one individual, but begins with the understanding and smallest actions of each person.

Spreading the aspiration to contribute.

At youth union branches, the atmosphere of competition is vibrant. From students to young officials and civil servants, everyone enthusiastically shares their competition results on social media platforms, creating a strong ripple effect of official and positive information.

In this event, 100% of students from Gia Rai High School in Gia Rai ward and many parents participated, with over 20,000 entries. Mr. Ly Hanh Quan, Secretary of the school's Youth Union, stated that this was an important political activity, helping Youth Union members and young people understand the key goals, targets, and breakthroughs of the province for the 2025-2030 period. Through this, students will have a basis for career orientation so that after graduation they can return to contribute to building their homeland. This activity also demonstrates the pioneering spirit and responsibility of the youth of Gia Rai in understanding the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, especially resolutions related to the development goals of Ca Mau province.

Le Thi Ai Nhi, Secretary of the Youth Union of Class 12C7, proactively studied relevant documents to launch the competition in the most effective way for the entire class. “The competition helped me understand more about the development of the country and Ca Mau province. This knowledge will be a valuable asset in guiding my career path in the future,” Ai Nhi shared.

Students discussed to gain a better understanding of the Provincial Party Congress Resolution.

Vo Tuyet Ngan, Secretary of the Youth Union of Ca Mau Community College, also excelled in promoting the competition through various channels. She noted that the college actively promoted the competition through the Youth Union's Fanpage and the Zalo groups of each class to post the competition's visual identity, participation link, and QR code. Class and class meetings were held in December and January with the theme "Ca Mau Youth with the Provincial Party Committee's Resolution," providing direct guidance on account registration and competition rules.

Answering all 15 questions correctly, student Le Chi Hieu from Ca Mau Community College said: “ I understand the role of students in spreading the spirit of learning, understanding resolutions, participating in volunteer activities, and youth union movements. This demonstrates the responsibility of citizens, especially the younger generation, towards their homeland and country in the new era.”

With the dynamism and responsibility of young people in applying digital technology to understand politics, statistics, and socio- economic indicators, these have transformed into beliefs and motivations, inspiring each young person to readily dedicate themselves and contribute to building a more prosperous and civilized Ca Mau homeland. At the same time, they contribute to bringing the resolutions of the Provincial Party Congress closer to the realities of life.
