Immediately after the water receded, the company urgently repaired and restored the machinery and equipment, ensuring that clean water was quickly supplied back to the people.

Thai Nguyen Clean Water Joint Stock Company manages and operates 11 water treatment plants and water distribution stations in the province. The central area of ​​Thai Nguyen province alone has 4 water treatment plants, playing a crucial role in providing clean water for the local population.

During the recent heavy rains and floods, two water treatment plants in the central area of ​​the province were damaged, seriously affecting the supply of clean water. In response to this situation, the company is focusing all resources and urgently implementing remedial measures to quickly stabilize the system and ensure the restoration of water supply to the people as soon as possible.

Mr. Tran Tien Soan, Head of Business Department of Thai Nguyen Clean Water Joint Stock Company, said: Currently, the company's water production plants are experiencing serious problems, significantly affecting the machinery and equipment. Although the unit has proactively implemented response plans, due to the rapid rise in water levels and deep flooding, the situation has exceeded expectations, causing disruptions to water supply to some areas in the province.

Thai Nguyen Clean Water Joint Stock Company currently has an operating capacity of 120,000 m3/day, supplying clean water to more than 85,000 customers. After typhoon No. 11, the company mobilized all its personnel to urgently clean up, repair, and restore damaged equipment, striving to restore clean water supply for the people.

Sharing about the flood relief efforts, Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan Ngoc, an employee of the company, said: "Immediately after the water receded, all staff and workers quickly returned to work, organizing cleanup and repairs to restore water supply as soon as possible. Our highest goal is to ensure a timely supply of clean water for the people after the flood."

People urgently need water for daily use and for cleaning their belongings and homes immediately after the floodwaters recede.

Alongside addressing the problem, Thai Nguyen Clean Water Joint Stock Company continues to strictly control water quality, ensuring that post-flood water always meets safety standards as regulated. Water samples are regularly tested, and the treatment system is operated continuously to remove impurities and harmful microorganisms.

At the same time, the company collaborated with local authorities to educate people on the use of clean water, contributing to protecting public health in the post-disaster period.

Currently, the company continues to strengthen its processing and distribution capacity, maintaining water quality inspection and monitoring to ensure a sufficient and stable supply of clean water for the people, contributing to stabilizing livelihoods and restoring production after floods.
