In recent years, the "All People Protect National Security" movement has been strengthened with the effective application of science and technology, especially Industry 4.0, in the fight against and prevention of crime and social evils. Contributing to the overall spirit of the movement, the Youth Union of Ha Hoa High School, the Youth Union of Nguyen Binh Khiem High School; the Youth Union of the Party and Mass Organizations Agency, the Youth Union of the District Police, in coordination with the Youth Union of Ha Luong Commune, the Police of Ha Luong Commune, Ha Hoa District, have replaced 15 cameras in all 6 residential areas in Ha Luong Commune, with a total project value of nearly 60 million VND.

In line with the National Digital Transformation Program, the youth of Lam Thao district have formed 15 teams with over 100 youth union members to support the police forces in communes and towns in receiving applications for identity cards, registering for identity cards, and creating electronic identification accounts on the online public service portal, with a particular focus on issuing identity cards to children aged 6 and above. At each location, the youth union members assisted the authorities by guiding them through the necessary paperwork, adjusting their posture for photos, checking prepared documents, guiding people through the procedures to provide necessary additional information, explaining people's questions, and assisting the elderly and disabled when they came to complete the procedures. As a result, the process of installing electronic identification and issuing identity cards for each application was carried out quickly and smoothly.

In recent days, the mountainous district of Tan Son has been buzzing with activity as a summer volunteer campaign unfolds, with hundreds of volunteer activities aimed at improving community life. During this historic month of July, the Phu Tho Student Volunteer Team of the National Academy of Public Administration carried out the "Green Summer" campaign in Van Luong and Minh Dai communes.

During the campaign, the student volunteer group collaborated with the youth of Tan Son to organize many practical and meaningful activities such as: Offering incense and lighting candles in tribute at martyrs' cemeteries, memorials, and historical sites in the Minh Dai Youth Economic Zone; organizing summer activities, raising awareness about drowning prevention, injury prevention, and traffic safety for children and teenagers; cleaning up the environment, beautifying village roads and alleys... Donating nearly 60 gifts to policy beneficiary families and poor households... with a total value of over 20 million VND. Building a "Community and Play Area for Children and Teenagers" in Tan Thinh area, Van Luong commune, worth 5 million VND; a "Youth Bookcase" with books on public services worth nearly 5 million VND. Donating 65 million VND to build a "House of Compassion" for the family of Ms. Ha Thi Xuan, a martyr's family with difficult circumstances in Tan Tap area, Minh Dai commune...

The "Supporting Students During Exams" program involved 39 volunteer teams at 39 exam locations (each location having 15 to 20 volunteers). At these locations, volunteers provided advice and support to candidates and their families. They organized free baggage storage for over 22,000 candidates; provided over 5,000 bottles of water; and distributed over 530 sets of school supplies to candidates. They also coordinated with traffic police to manage traffic flow and ensure smooth traffic on roads and around the school gates where the exam locations were situated.

The "Green Summer" campaign took place enthusiastically on all fronts with 157 teams and the participation of 3,140 volunteers, renovating 1km and repairing 40km of rural roads; organizing 234 rural road cleaning sessions... Implementing 1,242 environmental protection activities, planting over 25,151 new trees of various types. Donating 1,425 gifts to policy beneficiary families and former Youth Volunteers. Participating in 120 days of labor to assist policy beneficiary families and those who have contributed to the revolution. Organizing 16 free medical examination and medicine distribution sessions for over 1,581 people from policy beneficiary families, those who have contributed to the revolution, and poor households. Building 3 "Houses of Compassion" and "Red Scarf Houses"; 6 "Activity and Play Areas for Youth and Children" projects; 1,493 volunteers participated in the Voluntary Blood Donation Programs and collected 2,179 units of safe blood...

Contributing to the series of summer volunteer activities in 2024, the "Red Phoenix Flower" Campaign involved 141 volunteer teams with the participation of over 5,126 volunteers, including teachers and youth union members from schools throughout the province. These volunteer teams organized 548 summer activities for over 33,088 children and teenagers; and conducted 19 classes on drowning prevention and injury prevention for 552 children and teenagers.

The "Pink Holiday" and "Green March" campaigns have ignited the enthusiasm and energy of youth union members who are civil servants, public employees, and staff at state administrative agencies, public service units, businesses, and youth union members in the armed forces. The "Pink Holiday" volunteer campaign was implemented by having each unit form at least one volunteer team of 15-30 members, divided into teams participating in volunteer activities in communes and towns throughout the province. These volunteer teams distributed nearly 2,500 legal books to legal libraries in the province and assisted in resolving nearly 335 administrative procedures for citizens and businesses.

The "Green March" campaign focuses on activities such as: Organizing activities to disseminate information and educate the public on laws and traffic safety; conducting classes on fire prevention and control, self-defense skills, first aid skills; and fire prevention and firefighting. It also establishes volunteer points to assist citizens with registering and activating electronic identity verification accounts...
