Up to now, the club has achieved many very encouraging results. According to statistics in 2024, it has achieved a total revenue of more than 74 billion VND. In particular, it has created jobs for more than 700 rural workers (seasonal and regular), and implemented social security of about 800 million VND.

Specifically, 5 members of the billionaire farmers club in the field of fruit growing (growing durian, longan, ido longan) provide seasonal labor for 118 workers, 31 workers work regularly, with an average salary of 6 million VND/month/person. In addition, billionaire farmer households also participate in supporting social security with 220 million VND such as: rural roads, building charity houses, shelters for farmers, member households, poor farmers, children of members doing military service, books, school bags for children of officials, poor farmer members...

3 members of the billionaire farmer club in the field of aquaculture and pig farming have provided 166 seasonal workers with a salary of about 300,000 VND/person/day, and 51 regular workers. Billionaire farmer households provide social security for members and farmers with 200 million VND.

7 members of the billionaire farmer club doing business in agriculture and tourism services have provided 110 seasonal and regular workers. Social security work has been implemented with 220 million VND.

The remaining 8 members participate in rice and vegetable production, providing regular rural labor for 259 workers and providing social security of 333 million VND.

In addition, club members regularly work closely together in production and business (10% discount on products compared to buying goods from outside), exchanging and sharing experiences in production, farming methods, and caring for crops and livestock.

Not stopping there, billionaire farmers also cooperate with units and facilities purchasing agricultural products outside the city to solve the output for agricultural products belonging to the club and farmers producing the same types.

Currently, his rice seed production and trading facility provides regular employment for 28 workers, which increases to about 80 workers during the crop season. At the rice production linkage points, it provides regular employment for about 25 workers, which increases to about 55 workers during the crop season.

The income of regular workers at Mr. Phieu's facility is about 15 million VND/month, seasonal workers, on average, from 7-8 million VND/month. Every year, Mr. Phieu also allocates 10% of profits to carry out social security activities, helping those in difficulty.
