(NLDO)- From November 1, Mr. Duong Van Bac holds the position of General Director of Novaland , replacing Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow.
On November 1, Novaland Real Estate Investment Group Corporation (NVL) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors appointing Mr. Duong Van Bac as the company's General Director to replace Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow.
According to Novaland, this is part of a plan to strengthen the senior leadership team, contributing significantly to the group's comprehensive restructuring process.
After leaving the position of CEO, Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow will focus on performing his duties as a member of the Board of Directors of Novaland.
Mr. Dennis Ng Teck Yow was appointed General Director of Novaland to replace Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen from March 17, 2023.
Mr. Duong Van Bac has over 17 years of experience in finance and real estate, with extensive expertise in capital mobilization, investment and valuation.
The new General Director of Novaland just joined the company in August 2023 as Chief Financial Officer, then was appointed Deputy General Director in September 2024.

As for Novaland, after more than 20 months of comprehensive restructuring, the company has successfully restructured most of its current debts, while arranging and mobilizing many new sources of capital to accelerate project construction.
Novaland has just announced its third quarter business results with profits exceeding 2,000% over the same period, reaching more than VND 2,950 billion. In the first 9 months of the year, Novaland's total revenue reached VND 4,295 billion thanks to the handover of projects: NovaWorld Phan Thiet, NovaWorld Ho Tram, Aqua City
Currently, a series of key projects such as NovaWorld Ho Tram, NovaWorld Phan Thiet, Aqua City... and a cluster of projects in the center of Ho Chi Minh City are continuously being accelerated in construction, accelerating the operation of diverse utility systems, promoting handover and granting of pink books to residents.
