Despite declining revenue and profits, and significant pressure on cash flow and human resources, PCS's leadership chose to adapt through a landmark decision to transform PCS from a traditional management model to an Open Management model. This was not only a change in organizational structure but also a journey to redefine the company's core values ​​based on three pillars: "customer-centricity"; "employee-centric development"; and "building a transparent, fair, and positive corporate culture."

PCS continues to apply a flat organizational model, without hierarchical levels or middleware, where advisory teams play a leading role in connecting and serving the team and smaller business groups, operating flexibly within a single open ecosystem. This structure helps PCS accelerate decision-making, encourage innovation, and improve work efficiency. Furthermore, PCS is promoting digital transformation by applying advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS), and process automation.
