The course is designed specifically for Petrolimex's leadership team and member units, with the goal of equipping them with a system of knowledge, skills and strategic thinking in integrating ESG into corporate governance; thereby contributing to improving competitiveness and meeting the strict requirements of energy transition and sustainable development in the current global context.

The training course provided a comprehensive learning program, harmoniously combining theory and practice. The content focused on the following topics: sustainable risk management; identifying key ESG issues; energy transition trends; smart gas station models associated with electric vehicle charging infrastructure; and field trips and hands-on experiences at modern fast charging stations. In addition, the course also provided updated knowledge, broadening the trainees' strategic vision on global energy policy, new fuels, digital transformation processes and international legal frameworks, thereby shaping important directions for the development roadmap of smart fuel retail and realizing sustainable development goals.

As one of the leaders directly participating in the training course, Petrolimex Board Member Tran Tuan Linh highly appreciated the strategic significance of the program for the Group's green transformation and sustainable development orientation. The course, designed specifically for Petrolimex by VCCI and Bayes Business School, provided in-depth, practical knowledge in line with the global energy transition trend. He pledged that Petrolimex will continue to promote international cooperation, invest in leadership human resources - those who will lead the innovation process - learn advanced experiences, and actively contribute to Vietnam's Net Zero target.

Bayes Business School was founded in 1966 and is part of City University, University of London.
