The Congress listened to the Review Report of the Executive Committee of PV Security Youth Union, Term III, and summarized the outstanding results in the past term: effectively implementing emulation movements, actively contributing to the overall development of the Company; volunteer activities, social security, culture - arts, physical education - sports were organized regularly, attracting a large number of union members to participate.
The Congress also frankly pointed out the limitations and shortcomings, thereby setting out the directions and tasks for the new term. With the spirit of "Solidarity - Creativity - Shock - Pioneer", the 2025-2030 term will focus on: improving the quality of political and ideological education for union members; promoting the creative labor movement, applying new technology in production and business; promoting the vanguard role of youth in social security and environmental protection; caring for the material and spiritual life and creating a favorable environment for union members to develop comprehensively.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Hoang Thi Truc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company expressed her confidence in the role of PV Security's youth. She congratulated the Youth Union on successfully organizing the 4th Congress of Delegates, term 2025-2030, recognizing the outstanding achievements that the Union has achieved, worthy of being the core and vanguard force in all activities of the Company. She also emphasized that the Union members need to continuously study, improve their professional qualifications, build a standard and professional image and style; take the lead in improving service quality, making an important contribution to the sustainable development of PV Security in the coming period.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of PV Security Youth Union, term IV, consisting of 7 comrades with sufficient qualities, capacity and enthusiasm, representing the will and aspirations of the unit's youth. Comrade Bui Quoc Viet was elected to hold the position of Secretary of PV Security Youth Union. At the same time, the Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 5th Congress of Youth Union of Vietnam Petroleum Technical Services Corporation ( PTSC ), term 2025-2030.
The Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term pledges to make every effort to bring the Youth Union and youth movement of PV Security to new heights, actively contributing to elevating the Company's brand in the new period./.
