Coming to the exhibition “The New Genergy”, the audience will be able to follow and look back at Petrovietnam’s development journey from the early difficult days to the present and future vision.
The exhibition space of 18 typical scientific and technological works is a vivid proof of Petrovietnam's core competencies: from machines associated with the early stages of "finding fire" to modern complex mechanical components. Each artifact tells a story about the Group's journey of mastering technology, conquering technical limits and its aspiration for autonomy.
With three orientation axes of Innovation - Creation - Action, the event brings together leaders, experts, scientists and leading partners at home and abroad. The exhibition is where Petrovietnam shares its vision, knowledge and experience to make a breakthrough in the energy transition period; introduces national award-winning scientific and technological works; thereby expanding international cooperation, in depth and practically for a sustainable energy future in Vietnam.
The exhibition is divided into indoor and outdoor areas, displaying hundreds of artifacts, models, dioramas and technological solutions, fully reflecting the journey "from mastering the first oil and gas well to conquering the cutting-edge technologies of the future".
Outdoor area: Introducing historical and iconic equipment and structures such as the A50 rig, the Dai Hung underground mining pine tree, the oil export pipeline system, the pair of autonomous underwater ROV robots, the Bien Dong 1 project model, offshore wind power base, pipeline solutions, LNG ISO Tank... - affirming that Petrovietnam has mastered the oil and gas value chain and expanded into clean energy.
Indoor area: Demonstration of core technology platforms mastered by Petrovietnam such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Twin, Cold Plasma technology, EOR solution to enhance oil recovery factor, advanced PP resin manufacturing technology, high-tech urea fertilizer, and 8-layer ecosystem of Vietnam's marine energy resources. This is also where visitors can directly experience interactive technologies, smart control centers, future oil refineries and industrial-scale offshore wind power models.
With the theme “The New Genergy” - short for New Generation of Energy, the exhibition sends a strong message about Petrovietnam’s desire for innovation and pioneering in affirming its role as a pillar of national energy security; pioneering in green and sustainable energy transition; promoting innovation, localization and core technology autonomy. At the same time, aiming for the Net Zero 2050 goal and realizing the vision of becoming a modern industrial - energy corporation, deeply integrated into the global value chain.
The exhibition is also a forum for connecting knowledge, technology and cooperation, where leaders of the Party, State, ministries, sectors, business community and international partners look back on the past journey, and at the same time create new momentum for the next development stage of Vietnam's energy industry.
