VIMC Youth Union directs the completion of the grassroots Youth Union Congress

Implementing the direction of the VIMC Party Committee and the Government Youth Union, based on the Plan to organize the Congresses of the Youth Union at all levels towards the 1st Congress of the Government Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2025 - 2030, by September 15, 2025, the VIMC Youth Union had successfully directed 100% of the Youth Union bases to organize the Congress (Conference) at the grassroots level, term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, 20/20 units successfully organized Congresses and Conferences of delegates, including 09 grassroots Youth Unions and 11 grassroots Youth Unions, reaching a rate of 100%.

VIMC Youth Union has closely followed the guidance documents of the Central Youth Union and the Government Youth Union. Proactively developed and issued plans and guidelines on organizing grassroots Youth Union Congresses for the 2025-2030 term to 100% of Youth Union bases.

In general, the preparations for the congress were carried out seriously, strictly, in accordance with the procedures, ensuring principles, full content, and demonstrating the spirit of innovation under the direction of the Party Committee of VIMC, the Government Youth Union, and the coordination of the grassroots Party Committees. The atmosphere of the congress was democratic and open. Personnel work was directed promptly, ensuring the correct procedures, structure, publicity, and strictness. The election work at the congress was carried out in accordance with the election regulations.

The entire VIMC delegation and the Congress selected 124 members of the grassroots Executive Committee who are exemplary comrades in terms of political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, capacity, prestige and experience to lead in the new term.

The success of the grassroots Congress demonstrates the spirit of high determination and solidarity and is an important premise and experience contributing to the successful organization of the 4th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines Youth Union, term 2025 - 2030.
