Checking the situation of vessels operating on both sides of De Gi bridge (the area between De Gi commune and An Luong commune), Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested the local authorities to strictly implement and not allow vessels to operate in unsafe areas. Visiting households whose houses collapsed after the storm in An Xuyen 3 village, An Luong commune, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the local authorities to review, plan, mobilize and support people to build houses in new resettlement areas. Absolutely do not let people spontaneously build houses in areas that are often strongly affected by storms. He requested the local authorities to quickly implement initial support policies, helping people gradually overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives. At the same time, support 60 million VND/household for households whose houses completely collapsed to build new houses in resettlement areas.

Also during the visit and inspection, Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan and the working delegation visited the houses of people in Xuan Thanh and Xuan Thanh Nam villages (Phu My Dong commune). After the storm, these two villages had 7 houses completely collapsed, 64 houses were damaged from 50-70%.

Authorities actively support people in Xuan Thanh and Xuan Thanh Nam villages to overcome the consequences of the storm.

The delegation also inspected the damage in Phu Hoa village (Phu My Bac commune). Phu Hoa village currently has 247 households with more than 1,000 people. Storm No. 13 completely destroyed 2 houses and damaged the roofs of 22 others. "The local government must consider supporting people to overcome the consequences of storms and floods as a top priority. It is necessary to urgently mobilize forces to support people in cleaning up the environment; at the same time, speed up the progress of overcoming the consequences of the storm so that people can soon stabilize their lives" - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan emphasized.
