The delegation also inspected the damage in Phu Hoa village (Phu My Bac commune). Phu Hoa village currently has 247 households with more than 1,000 people. Storm No. 13 completely destroyed 2 houses and damaged the roofs of 22 others. "The local government must consider supporting people to overcome the consequences of storms and floods as a top priority.
