Trung Loi Quarter, Chon Thanh Ward achieved Typical Cultural Residential Area in 2025

(CTT-Dong Nai) - On the afternoon of November 8, Trung Loi Quarter, Chon Thanh Ward, Dong Nai Province solemnly organized the "National Great Unity Day" in 2025. Attending the event were comrade Pham Thuy Luan, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chon Thanh Ward.

  

Delegates attending the festival

At the festival, delegates reviewed the history of the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025). In 2025, Trung Loi quarter is a typical cultural quarter of Dong Nai province in building a cultural life. Currently, the quarter has 931 households with 3,033 people; during the year, the Residential Front Working Committee in coordination with the Quarter People's Committee always does a good job of propagating and mobilizing people to build a cultural life, mobilizing people to respond and participate in cultural, artistic and sports activities organized by superiors and residential areas.

Comrade Pham Thuy Luan, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, presented the symbol of the typical cultural residential area to Trung Loi quarter.

The results were mobilizing gifts for policy families, poor households, and students, worth 199 million VND. Mobilizing 48 units of volunteers to donate blood to save people, reaching 228%. Supporting the Northern provinces affected by storm 10 with an amount of more than 28 million VND. Mobilizing and helping 5 households with especially difficult circumstances with an amount of 137 million VND. People in the residential area donated 33,000m2 of land to build roads; contributing 55 million VND to renovate the cultural house campus.

Comrade Pham Thuy Luan, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, presented gifts to 5 typical cultural households of Trung Loi neighborhood.

Speaking at the festival, comrade Pham Thuy Luan hoped that the cadres, party members and people of the neighborhood would continue to promote the spirit of self-management, solidarity, and humanity, actively participate in monitoring and giving opinions on Party and government building; join hands to maintain security and order, protect the environment, and care for the poor and disadvantaged. Each person and each family is a "solidarity cell", contributing to the strength of the entire community...

On this occasion, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province presented the symbol of the typical cultural residential area to Trung Loi quarter and presented gifts to 5 typical cultural households. The People's Committee of Chon Thanh ward presented certificates of merit to Trung Loi quarter and 2 households, who had outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movements in residential areas in 2025.
