Vietnamese enterprises step into the aerospace field

(Dan Tri) - Last week, the business world was in turmoil: Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong established a space technology company, Quoc Cuong Gia Lai paid off 1,100 billion VND in debt, Vietcap changed generals after 18 years.

VinSpace Joint Stock Company was established on November 3 with a charter capital of 300 billion VND. The company is funded by Vingroup Corporation, Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong, and his two sons Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Pham Nhat Minh Hoang.

Of which, Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong contributed the largest amount of capital with 213 billion VND, equivalent to 71%; Vingroup contributed 57 billion VND, equivalent to 19%. In addition, Pham Nhat Quan Anh and Pham Nhat Minh Hoang each contributed 15 billion VND, equivalent to 5%.

Vingroup Corporation (stock code: VIC) has just announced documents asking for shareholders' opinions on issuing bonus shares to increase capital.

The group plans to submit to shareholders for approval a plan to issue 3.85 billion shares, equivalent to a 1:1 ratio, meaning each existing shareholder owning 1 share will receive one new share. The largest bonus share issuance deal in the history of the Vietnamese stock market is expected to be implemented in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Among them, Nguyen Quoc Vu - General Director of VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited, the product consumer - was determined to have produced and traded counterfeit goods according to Article 192 of the 2015 Penal Code.

VB Group is the legal entity behind the Hanayuki cosmetics brand. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vu, singer Doan Di Bang's husband, is the company's legal representative and General Director.
