Regarding Vingroup, this enterprise has just announced a document asking for shareholders' opinions in writing, including the content of issuing bonus shares to increase capital.
The group plans to submit to shareholders for approval a plan to issue 3.85 billion shares, equivalent to a 1:1 ratio, meaning each existing shareholder owning 1 share will receive one new share.
The largest bonus share issuance in the history of the Vietnamese stock market is expected to be implemented in the fourth quarter. If successful, Vingroup's charter capital will double to more than VND77,000 billion.
