According to the Organizing Committee, by October 31, 2025, the contest received 3,814 entries (individual and 2-person team) from contestants in all 34 provinces and cities across the country. Of which, the number of contestants from Da Nang accounted for the highest percentage (30.9%), followed by Ninh Binh (24.4%) and Bac Ninh (17.6%).

With an increase of more than 80% compared to the number of applications in season 2, Green Voice season 3 has proven its growing appeal, demonstrating the influence of this playground on high school students nationwide.

Among the 10 contest topics, corresponding to the 10 key action programs of the Green Future Fund, the topics that the contestants chose to register their ideas for the contest most often included Green Lifestyle (27%), Green Energy (13.2%) and Green Consumption (11.4%). The topics are all closely related to daily life, reflecting the increasingly deep interest of young people in changes in the living environment and the sustainable development trend of today's society.

Before that, right after launching the contest in mid-September, the Organizing Committee deployed a series of promotional activities to spread information to tens of thousands of students of 22 high schools in 10 provinces and cities in all 3 regions (including Lao Cai, Bac Giang , Hanoi, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Hue, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho). Most teachers and students expressed their impression with the national scale and important, practical theme of Green Voice.

Dr. Le Thai Ha, Executive Director of the Fund for a Green Future - Vingroup Corporation, representative of the Organizing Committee of the Green Voice contest season 3, shared: “The breakthrough in the number of contestants this year shows that the spirit of green living has truly spread strongly among the young generation of Vietnam. They are not only interested in environmental issues but also want to turn that interest into action - through their own voices, ideas and commitments. For the Fund for a Green Future, this is the biggest goal of the Green Voice: to arouse critical thinking, eloquence and positive action of students on the journey to build a sustainable future for the country”.

The Green Voice Contest season 3 affirmed its appeal when covering all provinces and cities nationwide, attracting nearly double the number of applications compared to the previous season.

After the Registration Round, the selected teams will continue to enter the Preliminary Round with online competition on the Gen Green platform from November 15 to November 30, 2025. In this round, the contestants will make a video presentation about the idea submitted to the Organizing Committee.

From the video exams, it is expected that 120 teams nationwide will be selected to move on to the Confrontation round, taking place in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City respectively. This will be an opportunity for contestants to compete directly with opponents from 3 regions of the country, to select the Top 16 best teams/individuals to move on to the final round - the Competition Round - scheduled to take place at VinUni University on January 30-31, 2026.

The Green Voice debate contest is one of the key activities of the Green Education program, within the Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Education and Training and the Green Future Fund - Vingroup Corporation for the period 2023 - 2028.

The total prize value of the competition is up to 18 billion VND, with many attractive and valuable prizes. In particular, the champion team (in both groups) has the opportunity to win a 100% scholarship for a bachelor's degree for 4 years at VinUni University.
