The program marks a special collaboration between Vietnam and Switzerland, with the participation of artist Dominique Barthassat – who brings contemporary European sounds blended with Vietnamese folk instruments.
This activity is also part of the orientation to expand international art cooperation, connect the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, and contribute to raising the image of Vietnamese culture in the global space.

“Eternal Moment” consists of 6 consecutive works: Khoi Thanh – Giao Thoi – Dong Thanh – Song & Hat – Mong Anh – Pho Chieu. Each work is a dialogue chapter between tradition and contemporary, folk music and experimentation, memory and present. The program is directed by Nguyen Quoc Hoang Anh as General Director and Music Director, and choreographed by People's Artist Tran Ly Ly.

Inspired by the thousand-year cultural flow of Hanoi – where tradition and modernity intersect – the program “Eternal Moments” aims to transform the space of Hanoi Museum into a living heritage stage, where art is not only displayed but also revived through sound, light and movement.
“Eternal Moments” is not only an artistic event, but also an aesthetic manifesto of the Hanoi Museum in the new period – where heritage is no longer behind glass cabinets but is awakened through the language of contemporary art, technology and creativity.

Through a series of works combining music, dance and visual performance, the event affirms the role of the museum as a creative institution, a place to preserve the past while generating new cultural values. The fusion of Eastern artistic language and Western visual thinking clearly demonstrates the philosophy: “Delve into tradition to meet modernity.”

The sounds of bronze drums, acoustic instruments and electronic rhythms are blended in a contemporary language of movement – opening up a multi-sensory artistic experience, honoring the elegant, aesthetic and intellectual spirit of Vietnamese culture.

The art program “Eternal Moments” is part of the series of events of the Thang Long – Hanoi Festival 2025, organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports under the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee, and implemented by the Hanoi Museum – Center for Coordination of Creative Activities.
