Enterprises in industrial parks proactively prevent and combat storm Ragasa

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on proactively and preparedly responding to storm Ragasa and the risk of heavy rain, floods, inundation, ensuring the safety of people and property in industrial parks (IPs) in the province, the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Ninh Binh province has directed its departments, affiliated units, infrastructure investors of IPs, and enterprises in IPs to strictly implement the "4 on-site" motto, fully prepare reserve materials, means and forces to be ready to respond to all situations caused by storm Ragasa and prolonged heavy rain causing floods on the river system; guide measures to ensure safety for people, houses and construction works before the rainy and stormy season; have plans to ensure smooth and continuous traffic in the IPs when heavy rain, floods, inundation, flash floods, and landslides occur.

Request comrades in the Civil Defense Command of the Committee to strictly perform assigned tasks, organize monitoring, regularly and continuously update information on the developments of storm Ragasa, the flood situation, to proactively direct and deploy appropriate response work; urge and inspect businesses to implement measures to ensure safety for workers, infrastructure, production and business when heavy rain, floods and inundation occur.

Departments, units under the Board, infrastructure investors of industrial parks, enterprises in industrial parks proactively coordinate with the Irrigation Works Exploitation LLCs in the province to prepare drainage plans for industrial parks with high risk of flooding such as Gian Khau, Khanh Phu, Chau Son, Dong Van I, Dong Van II...

The Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Ninh Binh province requested departments, units and enterprises to seriously organize on-duty shifts, closely monitor the situation of storms and floods, be ready to deploy plans to prevent, combat and promptly overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and protect production and business safety.
