Traffic diversion for the Trinh Cong Son music night.

(Baohatinh.vn) - Several central roads in Thanh Sen ward (Ha Tinh province) will be temporarily closed to traffic from 6 PM on May 23rd to facilitate the concert commemorating the 25th anniversary of musician Trinh Cong Son.

To ensure the safety and smooth running of the Trinh Cong Son music night with the theme "Living in life, one needs a compassionate heart" taking place at Thanh Sen Square, the Thanh Sen Ward Police announce a traffic diversion plan, prohibiting vehicles from entering certain roads in the event area.

Accordingly, from 6 PM on May 23rd until the end of the program, all vehicles (except official vehicles, priority vehicles, and vehicles serving the program) are prohibited from circulating or parking in the event area and on the following roads: Phan Dinh Phung (section from the Nguyen Chi Thanh intersection to the Nguyen Thiep intersection); Nguyen Thiep (section from the Phan Dinh Phung intersection to alley 3 Nguyen Thiep); Nguyen Tat Thanh; Nguyen Huu Thai; Nguyen Chi Thanh (section from the Phan Dinh Phung intersection to Nguyen Tat Thanh road).

According to the traffic flow plan, vehicles carrying delegates, guests, and program staff will pick up and drop off passengers on Nguyen Chi Thanh Street; then move and park on Nguyen Tat Thanh, Nguyen Thiep, and Phan Dinh Phung streets. Vehicles are not allowed to make U-turns, only to park in one lane in the direction of traffic.

Vehicles in the restricted area must leave before 6 PM on May 23rd.

The Thanh Sen Ward Police also requested that all vehicles in the restricted area move out before 6 PM on May 23rd. After that time, vehicles that do not comply will be towed away by the authorities to ensure traffic safety and order.

The Thanh Sen Ward Police request that residents cooperate and comply with traffic diversion instructions to ensure the art program takes place safely and smoothly.

The 25th anniversary tribute concert to Trịnh Công Sơn, themed "Living in life, one needs a compassionate heart ," organized by the Hà Tĩnh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the late musician's family, will take place on the evening of May 23rd at Thành Sen Square (Thành Sen Ward).
