This event marks a significant step in Pharmedic's comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, while affirmingFPT 's role and capabilities in deploying modern management platforms for businesses based on new models, especially in fields requiring high levels of governance and compliance such as the pharmaceutical industry, in line with the direction of realizing Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo.

The project was launched on April 25, 2025, and officially went into operation on January 5, 2026, with a deployment time of over seven months. On the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud platform, FPT has deployed a synchronized ERP system integrating the "Made by FPT" ecosystem of solutions for sales and human resource management, covering all core activities of Pharmedic.
Pharmedic's decision to implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud reflects the strong shift of manufacturing businesses, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, towards Cloud ERP models as a new competitive platform.
In the context of increasing demands for standardized governance, data transparency, real-time operations, and cost optimization, Cloud ERP allows businesses to significantly shorten deployment time, reduce investment pressure, optimize costs compared to traditional ERP, and quickly bring the system into operation to create practical value. Businesses can manage and make decisions anytime, anywhere based on real-time data, reduce dependence on internal IT infrastructure, and proactively adapt to market fluctuations.
Specifically, Pharmedic and FPT have collaborated to implement core modules of the SAP S/4HANA system for the pharmaceutical industry, while tightly integrating the "Made by FPT" solution ecosystem. This builds a data-driven enterprise resource management platform. The system seamlessly connects all activities from finance, procurement, sales, production, quality management, warehousing to human resources; in which the FPT.FlatX order management and promotion solution supports sales management, discounts and promotions, distribution and market control in real time, while the FPT.iHRP human resource management system plays a pivotal role in modernizing human resource and payroll management.
The successful implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP system, integrated with "Made by FPT" solutions, has enabled Pharmedic to establish a standardized and transparent end-to-end management platform. Data is synchronized in real time on a single core platform, thereby reducing errors, improving control efficiency, optimizing operations, and supporting management in making timely decisions, while better meeting the stringent compliance requirements of the pharmaceutical industry such as GMP and GDP.
