Hulunbuir Museum of Inner Mongolia has just found a stone carving on Yhe Wula Mountain, Thagang Town, Qijin Barga Zuo after two years of survey and research.

The painting is carved on a giant rock with an area of over 1000 m2. The rock has a north-south orientation, high in the north and low in the south, the highest point is about 7m.
The petroglyphs are painted in the central part of the rock, 150 cm above the ground and about 180 cm high. Researchers initially determined that the petroglyphs were painted about 2,500 to 3,000 years ago.
Mr. Zhao Long Jiang - Deputy Director of Hulunbuir Museum said that this is an extremely valuable ancient relic, so the unit will take measures to best protect it.
