All of the above goods belong to Mr. Ly Hai Dong (Born in 2001; permanent address: Zone 4, Hai Hoa Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province). On the packaging of all of the above goods, there is no information showing the origin, origin of the goods, production address as well as the importer and distributor. Mr. Ly Hai Dong confessed to buying and selling floating goods on the market and then using the TikTok Shop account with the address: (https://www.tiktok.com/@yiwuhepy3vg?_t=ZS-8soNrLOMVAv&_r=1) to sell. During the period from November 2024 to January 5, 2025, he successfully completed 123 orders corresponding to 123 boxes of camel milk red apple candy with cashew nuts and earned 18,438,561 VND.

Goods for sale on TikTok Shop

On January 15, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province issued a Decision to impose an administrative penalty on Ly Hai Dong with an amount of VND 90,000,000, forcing him to return the illegal profits and destroy the violated exhibits according to regulations.
