The elevation of Dong Nai to city status is necessary and important for the socio-economic development of the locality. After becoming a city, we expect the province's potential to continue to be strongly exploited. In particular, creating a favorable business environment and enhancing the competitiveness of businesses and economic sectors plays a crucial role. With the State's attention and support in removing difficulties and obstacles, the state-owned economy, foreign direct investment (FDI), private sector, and cooperatives will have more impetus to expand production and business.

As collective economic entities, when implementing a two-tiered local government system, and especially the urban government model, cooperatives hope to receive more support and facilitation in their business operations. Administrative procedures should be further simplified and implemented online; along with support in terms of loans, technology training, etc.
