Issue Level I alert on the Luc Nam River.

The Bac Ninh Provincial Civil Defense Command has just issued Official Telegram No. 01/CĐ-BCHPTDS, declaring a Level I alert on the Luc Nam River at the Cam Dan Hydrological Station.

Due to the impact of typhoon No. 10, at 12:00 PM on September 29, 2025, the water level on the Luc Nam River at the Cam Dan hydrological station was above alarm level I (corresponding to a water level of ≥41.00 m).

The Bac Ninh Provincial Civil Defense Command requests the Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Commands of the relevant communes to immediately organize duty shifts, patrols, and guard duties along both sides of the river, detecting and proactively addressing landslides affecting residential areas and riverside structures. At the same time, inform the public and owners of water transport vessels on the river to proactively take preventive measures to ensure the safety of people and property.

The relevant units maintain a strict 24/7 duty roster, regularly updating information and promptly reporting to the Provincial Civil Defense Command (the Standing Agency of the Provincial Military Command) and the Department of Agriculture and Environment (through the Irrigation Sub-Department) for guidance and direction.

In response to Typhoon No. 10, on the morning of September 29th, the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial People's Committee to proactively and intensely lead, direct, supervise, and inspect the response to the typhoon according to the "four on-the-spot" principle; there should be no negligence or complacency, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property, as well as state property. Party committees of communes and wards should focus on effectively responding to and preventing typhoons and floods, especially in areas at high risk of flash floods and landslides.
