Approve the policy of changing the land use purpose of forest land to other purposes.

On October 4th, the Hanoi City People's Council approved the policy of converting forest land to other uses to implement the following projects: Expanding and renovating the People's Police College I in Thuy Xuan Tien commune (Chuong My district) and the Conservation Area in Zone IV of the Soc Son Cultural and Tourism Zone in Phu Linh commune (Soc Son district).

The delegates of the Hanoi City People's Council pressed the button to approve.

Specifically, the expansion and renovation of the People's Police College I in Thuy Xuan Tien commune (Chuong My district) involves a total area of ​​7.27 hectares designated for conversion from forest land to other uses.

The location where the forest land is being converted to other uses is Thuy Xuan Tien commune; specifically, plot 1 of sub-area 10045 within the administrative boundaries of Thuy Xuan Tien commune. The forest's function is protective forest, a planted forest with acacia and eucalyptus trees, both as pure stands and mixed stands.

The Conservation Area Project, located in Zone IV of the Soc Son Tourism and Culture Zone in Phu Linh commune (Soc Son district), has a total area of ​​5.82 hectares designated for conversion from forest land to other uses. The site is in Phu Linh commune (Soc Son district), specifically in plot 1 of sub-area 400 within the administrative boundaries of Phu Linh commune. Its function is a protective forest with planted pine and acacia trees.

The City People's Council assigns the City People's Committee the responsibility for the accuracy of records, documents, data, and content related to the policy of converting forest land to other uses, ensuring consistency between records and the field, and complying with legal regulations; it is fully responsible before the law, only implementing the conversion of forest land to other uses when all relevant legal regulations have been fully complied with; ensuring transparency, promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles, and handling violations (if any) according to regulations, preventing complex complaints that disrupt social order.
