For over 20 years, Mr. Tran Van Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of the Front Committee of Area 5 Ba Lang, Cai Rang Ward, has been dedicated to serving the community and earning the trust and respect of the people for his selfless service and commitment to the common good. Together with the team of cadres and Party members, he has fostered a spirit of unity, leading the people to work together to build increasingly modern infrastructure in the area, while also implementing many practical programs to help disadvantaged families gradually stabilize their lives.

Mr. Tran Van Bao shared: "In propaganda and mass mobilization work, one must be very skillful, and cadres themselves must be exemplary and take the lead in movements to unleash the strength of all strata of the people." With that thought in mind, he and other cadres and Party members actively propagated and mobilized people to effectively implement the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State; at the same time, they learned about the lives of the people and promptly made recommendations and proposals to higher authorities for support.

Mr. Bao, in coordination with ward and neighborhood officials, mobilizes resources to build and repair houses for households still facing housing difficulties; each year, he mobilizes approximately 130 gift packages for poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households; and mobilizes 500-1,000 notebooks for students… Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet Em, 66 years old, emotionally recounted: “My family's life was difficult; our old house was dilapidated, but we didn't have money to repair it. Mr. Bao, along with officials at all levels, helped my family replace the corrugated iron roof, plaster and paint the walls, and renovate the toilet. Thanks to that, my family now has a stable place to live.”

Meanwhile, Mr. Bao, along with other officials and Party members, mobilized the people to donate land, crops, and structures for the State to invest in expanding the Rach Bang road; they also raised over 100 million VND to install flagpoles, streetlights, and security cameras along the road; and they campaigned for the upgrading of dilapidated roads, reinforcement of dams, clearing of waterways, and construction of retaining walls to prevent flooding in orchards... Mr. Do Van Ut, a resident of Area 5, Ba Lang, shared: “When Mr. Bao and the local officials campaigned for road upgrades, flagpole installation, and gifts for needy households, I wholeheartedly supported them. From these successful community mobilization models, we understand and are committed to working together to build a civilized residential area and help alleviate the difficulties faced by the people in the area.”

During his work, Mr. Bao actively collaborated with cadres and Party members of the Party branch to mobilize the people in implementing annual targets and tasks. Over the years, the Party branch of Area 5, Ba Lang, has been recognized for successfully completing its tasks and achieving outstanding results. Mr. Tran Van Bao himself has been recognized as a Party member who has achieved outstanding results for eight consecutive years. On the occasion of the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth, Mr. Tran Van Bao was awarded a Certificate of Commendation by the People's Committee of the ward for his exemplary achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style. Mr. Bao shared that this is a great motivation for him to continue contributing and successfully completing his tasks. He also emphasized that these results were achieved thanks to the support and unity of the cadres and Party members of the Party branch in propaganda and mobilization, and especially the support from the people. He will continue to uphold a sense of responsibility, working with officials and Party members to build a united team, care for the lives of the people, and contribute to the development of the residential area.
