On behalf of the provincial leaders, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hung Nam conveyed his condolences and encouragement to the relatives and hoped that the victims' families would overcome the pain and soon stabilize their lives. He directed the Party Committee, authorities, and organizations of Van Lam district and Minh Hai commune to care for, encourage, and help the victims' families; and provide all specialized vehicles to transport the bodies back to their localities after that.   when the victim's identity is clearly identified .
