Reconstruction of the wedding ceremony of the T'rin people

On the morning of December 26, in Gia Lo village (Giang Ly commune), Khanh Vinh district People's Committee organized a program to recreate the wedding ceremony of the T'rin ethnic group. This is an activity to restore and preserve the traditional cultural values ​​of the T'rin people in the district and to serve community tourism activities.

The wedding ceremony of the T'rin people is a ritual imbued with the national cultural identity, expressing the spiritual life, the love between husband and wife and the solidarity of the community. However, due to the impact of modern life, many traditional customs and rituals in the wedding ceremony of the T'rin people have gradually disappeared. Therefore, Khanh Vinh district has restored the wedding ceremony of the T'rin people with the desire to preserve and introduce to everyone a cultural feature of the T'rin people. The program to restore the wedding ceremony of the T'rin people takes place with traditional rituals. Thereby, expressing the community and family relationships of the T'rin people. Through the wedding ceremony, it is also an opportunity for people to preserve and perform some traditional art forms such as antiphonal singing, ma la performance and traditional musical instruments. The program to re-enact the wedding ceremony of the T'rin people brought to everyone artistic performances, introducing the typical cuisine of the local people... In particular, the re-enactment helped everyone understand more about the custom of "eating from the same bowl, drinking from the same cup" of the T'rin people as a beautiful feature expressing the affection and care of everyone for each other.
