Accordingly, the ward established a delegation led by Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Dong Hoi Ward Party Committee Pham Thi Han and 3 more working delegations to visit 16 families, give gifts, encourage relatives, and worship martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and victims of toxic chemicals in the ward.

At the places visited, the ward leaders expressed their feelings and gratitude for the contributions of war invalids, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, and people with meritorious services in the cause of fighting for national liberation and unification; at the same time, they inquired about the living conditions and activities, shared the difficulties that the families were facing, and hoped that war invalids, sick soldiers, and families of people with meritorious services would maintain their health, promote traditions, educate and mobilize future generations to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, contributing to building the homeland to develop more and more.

The ward leaders also requested that local Party committees, authorities, and organizations regularly pay attention, care for, and provide spiritual and material support to policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in the area.
