On the afternoon of October 9, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Lu Ward organized a fundraising campaign to support people in overcoming the damage caused by storm No. 10. Attending the event were comrade Bui Thanh Dong, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Hoa Lu Ward People's Council; ward leaders, all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the ward.

Storm No. 10 (Bualoi) has caused heavy damage to local people . With the spirit of sharing food and clothes , those who have contributed their money , those who have contributed their work , participating in supporting people affected by storms and floods, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Lu ward has mobilized cadres , civil servants , public employees , soldiers of the armed forces , and people receiving salaries from the State budget to each donate at least one day's salary , contributing to helping people affected by storms and floods overcome difficulties , restore production , and soon stabilize their lives .

Right at the launching ceremony, the Organizing Committee conducted direct donations at the hall with the participation and response of 100% of the attending delegates ; the total amount of support was 82,755,000 VND. In addition, there was also the participation of businesses located in the area to send to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward.
